Book starts with TOC wehre cahpters about the pressure cooker and recipes are broken up into meal categories.
Intro talks about the pressure cooker. Free bonus ebook is included. Controls of the cooker are included, benefits of using it, how to operate proply and what each button does.
Troubleshooting and cook guide is inncluded.
Each recipe has a title, prep, cook time, servings nad list of ingredients which you should be able to substitute for your healthier dietary needs: low sodium, low fat,low sugar and fresh vs. canned products.
Directions are given and some nutritional value per seving: calories, fat-NOT broken up into good or bad, carbs, figer and protein.
There are NO pictures.
There are very few small color photos of the item.
Mango cake would be my choice to make.

Review: I have the Pressure Cooker XL and I was beginning to think that I was never going to find any recipe books for this cooker (everything seems to be for the Instant Pot). The recipes range from simple to hard, beginners to well versed pressure cookers. The book was received within the stated time. Nice book!

Review: My very 1st cookbook to order, after receiving my Power Pressure Cooker for Christmas! It is very informative about the cooker ( which I knew nothing about! ) and it contains very good sounding recipes I think we will really enjoy. They contain basic ingredients readily on hand & I have marked several I'm anxious to try. It is very well written & very easy to follow. I highly recommend anyone new to pressure cooking to order this cookbook first! So glad I did! dsb

Review: My first power pressure cooker cookbook. The gadget is efficient and versatile.
For those not familiar with it, the author presents the benefits, different functions and even tips and suggestions on how to use the power pressure cooker XL. The recipe collection is good. I like the pictures.
I had a problem with the lid stucking earlier and I used the troubleshooting guide by the author. It helped!

Review: I’ve been getting into home cooking lately (just got my own place) and it’s a lot of fun, but I’m working full time, so I don’t have much time to devote to making my meals. This power pressure cooker cookbook lets me make myself awesome meals that are pretty much instant. It’s also good for easy dinner parties.
